做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
