做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
