做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
