做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
