做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
