做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
