做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
