做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
