做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
