做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
