做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
