做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
