做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
