做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
