做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
