做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
