做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
