做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
