做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
