做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
