做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
