做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
