做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
