做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
