做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
